Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Ooh CHU. Every piece of jewelry carries the essence of nature and the warmth of handcraft. Before they reach your hands, please take a moment to review our shipping details.

1. Production Time

As our jewelry is made-to-order, we require time to ensure every natural stone and metal element is perfectly integrated.

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Urgent Orders: If you have a specific deadline or gifting needs, please contact us beforehand to check material availability.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following methods to ensure your "glimmers" arrive safely:

Domestic (Mainland China): We primarily use SF Express. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days depending on the destination.

International & Regional Shipping (HK/MO/TW & Overseas): We ship via SF International or EMS. HK/MO/TW: 3-5 business days; Other Regions: 10-20 business days, depending on local customs clearance.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on orders over CNY ¥ 500. A flat rate applies to orders below this threshold.

International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on weight and destination, which will be displayed during checkout.

4. Our Packaging

Each package is meticulously protected. As natural stones can be delicate, we use our signature jewelry boxes and cushioning materials to ensure your pieces are shielded from impact during their journey.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can monitor your package's progress at any time.
