  • The Beauty of Nature: The natural stones we use (such as moonstone, sunstone, blue rutilated quartz, etc.) and pearls are products of nature. Each stone possesses unique textures, ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, colors, and shapes. These variations are the inherent charm of natural materials and are not considered defects.

  • Handmade Warmth: Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted by the designer upon your order. Due to the nature of handcrafting, minor differences may exist between the actual product and the photographs. Please proceed with your purchase with an appreciation for the handmade aesthetic.

2. Orders and Contracts

  • Order Formation: After you submit an order, the system will send an automated confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock, product defects, or force majeure.

  • Pricing: Prices displayed on the page do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotions at any time; however, established orders will not be affected.

3. Payment and Logistics

  • Payment Methods: We provide trusted third-party payment services. Please ensure your payment information is accurate.

  • Production Cycle: All jewelry at Ooh CHU is made-to-order. Generally, the production period takes 3-5business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping time). In the event of special holidays or material shortages, we will contact you proactively.

  • Shipping Responsibility: We pack every surprise with the utmost care. Once the product is shipped, the actual delivery time is subject to the progress of the logistics company.

4. Return and Exchange Policy (Important)

Since every piece from Ooh CHU handmade is a customized/made-to-order product carefully crafted by the designer based on your specific order, please note the following regulations:

  • No 7-Day No-Reason Returns: According to relevant consumer protection laws regarding "customized goods," we do not support the 7-day no-reason return or exchange service. Once an order enters the production process or has been shipped, we do not accept requests for returns or exchanges due to personal preference, style expectations, or size issues.

  • Quality Assurance: While we do not offer returns for subjective reasons, if the product you receive has significant non-human-induced defects (e.g., broken metal, severe damage), please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the package and provide unboxing videos/photos. We will do our best to assist you with repairs or replacements.

  • Hygiene Considerations: For hygiene reasons, earring products cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, except in cases of major defects.
