Natural Gemstones
Every gemstone carries its own unique "ice cracks, clouds, mineral specks," and pearls display their natural growth textures. These are marks of nature’s authenticity and are not considered defects.
14K Gold-Filled
We use a mechanical bonding process to permanently wrap a layer of 14K gold over a base metal. It offers excellent color retention and is hypoallergenic, providing a warm and refined luster.
S925 Sterling Silver
A classic material that develops a unique character over time. While it may darken slightly due to natural oxidation, its original brilliance can be easily restored with a gentle polish.
✦ Daily Care Guide
Please follow these "Gentle Companionship" rules:
1. Last On, First Off
Put on your jewelry after applying perfume, lotion, or makeup. This prevents chemical components from eroding the gemstone surface or accelerating metal oxidation.
2. Stay Dry
Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, visiting hot springs, or engaging in intense exercise. Sulfur in hot springs and chlorine in swimming pools are the "natural enemies" of jewelry and can cause permanent discoloration.
3. Gentle Wipe
After each wear, use a soft, dry cloth (or the jewelry cloth provided by Ooh CHU) to gently wipe away sweat and oils to maintain its radiant glow.
4. Safe Storage
When not in wear, store each piece individually in a zip-lock bag or a soft pouch. Squeeze out excess air to prevent gemstones from scratching and metals from tangling or oxidizing.
✦ Purification & Recharging
As healing natural stone jewelry, we recommend periodic energy recharging:

Moonlight Method: Place your jewelry on a windowsill during a full moon or a clear night to rest until morning.

Crystal Cluster Method: Place the piece on a clear quartz cluster or cleansing shards for 6-8 hours to wash away accumulated negative energy.

Note: Certain gemstones (e.g., Kunzite, Amethyst) should avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight to prevent fading.

Shipping & Return
At Ooh CHU handmade, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted by our founder only after your order is placed. Because each item is custom-made to your specific request, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
- The Nature of Custom-Made Creations
Unique Craftsmanship: Unlike mass-produced items, your jewelry is created specifically for you. Therefore, it is exempt from standard "7-day no-reason return" policies.
Defining "Defects": Returns are only accepted in cases of major functional defects, such as a broken clasp, a snapped chain upon arrival, or if the wrong style/size was sent.
Non-Defect Criteria:
Nature’s Imprints: Natural inclusions, "ice cracks," clouds, or slight color variations within gemstones are unique characteristics of natural minerals and are not considered flaws.
Artisanal Touches: As each piece is handmade, minor asymmetrical details or subtle tool marks may be present. These are the "signatures" of handcrafted work and add to the item's unique warmth.
Personal Factors: We cannot offer refunds for reasons such as "it doesn't suit me," "slight color differences due to screen settings," or "change of mind."
- Reporting Major Defects
Should you receive a piece with a major functional defect, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Please reach out via website message or email within 24 hours of receiving your package (based on the delivery timestamp).
Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and a clear unboxing video or photos of the defect.
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a repair or re-craft your item at no additional cost.
- Sizing & Adjustments
Precise Measurement: Since custom orders cannot be resold, please refer to our "Sizing Guide" carefully before ordering.
Resizing Service: If a piece does not fit due to a measurement error on your part, we offer a paid resizing service. Please contact us for a quote and instructions.
- Refund Process (Defects Only)
If a refund is approved (in cases where repair or replacement is not possible), it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Credit Card: The refund will be credited back to your original card (processing times depend on your bank).
Bank Transfer: Please provide your account details for the transfer.

Production Time: All pieces are "Made-to-Order." Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends) after payment is confirmed. We will notify you if there are any seasonal delays.

Unique Artistry: Every piece is hand-strung and crafted by our designer. Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations from the photos may occur, embodying the unique soul and warmth of artisanal jewelry.
2. Natural Stones & Materials

Expressions of Nature: We use natural minerals; therefore, every gemstone varies in color, texture, and internal inclusions (such as ice fissures or clouds). Just as no two clouds are alike, the piece you receive is a one-of-a-kind landscape.

Hardware: We utilize 14K Gold-filled and 925 Sterling Silver. While these materials offer excellent hypoallergenic properties and durability, natural oxidation over time is normal depending on wear and storage conditions.
3. Sizing & Fitting

Measurements: Please ensure you measure your wrist size accurately before ordering. If an adjustment is needed due to incorrect measurements, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and a minor labor fee.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Policy: For hygiene reasons, jewelry is non-returnable. We do not accept returns based on "personal preference," "color difference," or "change of mind."
