I. Brand Philosophy & Handcrafted Promise

At Ooh CHU, we are dedicated to combining natural gemstones with metalwork to bring you moments of healing and serenity.

• The Beauty of Nature:We use natural stones (such as Moonstone, Sunstone, Blue Rutilated Quartz, etc.) and pearls, which are gifts from the earth. Each stone features unique textures, ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, colors, and shapes. These variations are the signature of nature and are not considered defects.
• The Warmth of Handcraft:Every piece is meticulously handcrafted by our designers after your order is placed. Due to the nature of manual craftsmanship, slight variations may exist between the actual product and the photos. We appreciate your understanding and appreciation of the handmade aesthetic.

II. Orders & Contract

• Order Confirmation: Once an order is submitted, an automated confirmation email will be sent. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, product defects, or force majeure.
•  Pricing: Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotional content at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

III. Payment & Logistics

• Payment Methods: We provide trusted third-party payment services. Please ensure your payment information is accurate.
• Production Cycle: All jewelry at Mù Chū is made-to-order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production (excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping time). In the event of holidays or material shortages, we will contact you proactively.
• Shipping Responsibility: We package every "surprise" with the utmost care. Once shipped, the actual delivery time depends on the logistics provider’s schedule.

IV. Return & Exchange Policy (Important)

Since every piece from Ooh CHU handmade is a bespoke item meticulously crafted according to your specific order, please note the following:

• No "Change of Mind" Returns:According to relevant consumer protection laws regarding "custom-made goods," our products are not eligible for a 7-day unconditional return or exchange. Once production has begun or the item has been shipped, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, style expectations, or size issues.
• Quality Guarantee:While we do not offer unconditional returns, if you receive a product with significant non-human-induced defects (e.g., broken metal, severe damage), please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the package with an unboxing video or photos. We will assist you with repairs or replacements.
• Hygiene Considerations:For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, except in cases of major defects.

V. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, brand names (Mù Chū / Ooh CHU handmade), and visual layouts on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized commercial reproduction, copying, or misappropriation without written permission is strictly prohibited.

VI. Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or individual perception.

Please refer to our "Maintenance Guide" when wearing your jewelry. Damage caused by improper wear (e.g., contact with perfume, chemicals, or heavy impact) is not covered under our repair service.

VII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service, as well as any disputes related to these terms, shall be handled in accordance with legal procedures and the governing laws of the registered region.
