Dear one, thank you for choosing Ooh CHU handmade. To ensure that this shimmering light continues to accompany you, we offer the following exclusive after-sales services:

1. 180-Day Limited Warranty

Within 180 days from the date of receipt, we provide free repair services for damages occurring under "normal wearing conditions" caused by non-human factors (such as loose clasps, loosened wire wrapping, or other craftsmanship issues).

  • Please Note: Natural inclusions in gemstones (ice cracks, cotton-like clouds) and the natural growth textures of pearls are unique characteristics of nature and are not considered defects.

2. Lifetime Repair & Replacement Service

Even beyond the warranty period, we remain committed to maintaining the companionship of your jewelry.

  • Restringing / Clasp Replacement: Only a nominal material fee and return shipping costs will be charged.

  • Gemstone Replacement: If a gemstone is accidentally damaged and needs replacement, we will provide a quote based on our current inventory. (Due to the uniqueness of natural stones, replacements may have slight variations in luster or texture from the original.)

3. Complimentary Cleaning & Purification

All Ooh CHU creations are eligible for an annual professional deep cleaning at our studio.

  • This service is free of charge; you are only responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

4. Gentle Reminders: Exclusions

To maintain the transparency and radiance of your jewelry, the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

  • Oxidation & Discoloration: 14K gold-filled and S925 sterling silver naturally oxidize over time when exposed to sweat, perfume, or humidity. We recommend following our Care Guide for daily maintenance.

  • Accidental Damage: Damages caused by forceful pulling, dropping, or accidental exposure to hot springs, swimming pools, or chemicals.

If your piece requires assistance, please contact us via our official LINE, Instagram, or Website Customer Service with the following information:

  1. Clear photos of the item.

  2. Order information or purchase date.

We will evaluate the repair plan for you within 2 working days.
