Q1｜How do I measure my wrist size correctly?

Please follow the steps below to measure your net wrist circumference:

❶ Gently wrap
Prepare a soft measuring tape. If unavailable, you may use a string or a strip of paper instead.
Wrap it around the wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet.

❷ Find the correct position
Measure at the thinnest part of your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
Keep it gently close to the skin—do not pull too tight, and do not add extra allowance yourself.

❸ Read the measurement
Read the scale on the measuring tape, or lay the string flat and measure it with a ruler.
This value is your net wrist circumference.

Q2｜Do I need to add extra allowance? How will the bracelet be adjusted?

We will add approximately 0.5 cm–1.5 cm of extra space based on your net wrist size to ensure a comfortable fit.

• Snug fit: The bracelet moves slightly but does not easily slip off
• Loose fit: The bracelet drapes softly, creating a relaxed and elegant silhouette

• Do the gemstones carry energy?
  We believe that gemstones are gifts from the Earth, carrying gentle and pure energies. Whether it is for healing, serenity, or protection, we hope these pieces serve as an anchor for your heart, accompanying you through the quiet moments of daily life.

• Will 14K Gold-filled jewelry tarnish or fade?
  We select high-quality 14K Gold-filled materials that offer excellent durability and color retention. Unlike gold plating, it is highly resistant to fading. While it may slightly dim over time due to wear, its original luster can easily be restored with proper cleaning.

• I have sensitive skin; can I wear your jewelry?
  Ooh CHU strictly uses 14K Gold-filled and S925 Sterling Silver. Since the surface layers consist of genuine gold or silver, they are hypoallergenic and kind to most skin types. However, as everyone’s sensitivity varies, we recommend a short trial wear if you have extremely reactive skin.

• Can the bracelet size be adjusted?
  While our designs come in standard lengths, we are happy to accommodate specific sizing needs. If you require a custom fit, please contact our founder before placing your order. We offer minor adjustments to ensure the piece sits perfectly on your wrist.

• Do you accept bespoke (fully customized) requests?

• How long will it take for my order to ship?
  To ensure the highest quality, every piece is handcrafted by our founder. In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days. For custom orders or restocks, please allow 5-7 business days for the crafting process. We are deeply grateful for your warm patience.

• Can my jewelry be repaired if it breaks?
  We offer professional repair consultations. If a piece is damaged or a component is lost due to wear, please contact us with a photo. We will evaluate the feasibility and provide a quote for the repair service.

Can I wear my jewelry while showering or sleeping?
To prolong the life and luster of your pieces, we strongly recommend removing them before showering, swimming in hot springs, exercising, or sleeping. Avoiding contact with perfumes, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals will keep your gemstones and metals glowing for years to come.
